Returns
We want you to love your Velvet Glow order. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us with your order number.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping delays
Because our products ship from overseas fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept returns based on shipping delays alone. Estimated delivery windows are listed on each product page.
